About me

Firstly, an introduction - my name is Jo and thank you for visiting my website today. 

Growing up I always knew I had an intuitive soul. I found I could often read other peoples emotions and pick up on the energy states with which they were in. I never tapped into this spiritual side of myself at that time, instead I pursued wide ranging careers within Dentistry, Personal Training, and more recently a corporate role within a large PLC. This felt like the path I SHOULD take ... but it never felt right! 

I have always been a magnet for people to want to bare their souls and I have been privileged to hear some thought provoking life stories. Back in 2014 I was re-introduced to my spirituality. Something within me came alive and from that moment on I started to form Reveal & Heal. I felt the passion within me want to expand to help and heal others. 

For many years through life’s daily trials and tribulations I often found myself in complete despair, muddled thinking and that feeling of ‘something missing’. Quite simply I’d had enough of my inner monologue of negativity and anxiety. I had to turn my life around and take action and I just knew I held the power to change and to control my destiny … and I did!  

I am living proof that with the need and want to change I have created a better me. I now live my life with clarity. Inevitably I still get dramas running through my life, but that’s normal. It’s just that now I have the skills to cope .. and you could too!
