Q. How much do the sessions cost? 

With the exception of the free 30 minute consultation a session for one person costs £70, a couples therapy session 

costs £120.

Q. How long do the sessions last?

With the exception of the free 30 minute consultation each session lasts for 50 minutes.

Q. How often will I see you?

That is down to you based on your needs. My current clients see me on a weekly basis on the same day at the same time. That specific day and time is there time until they tell me differently

Q. How are the sessions being held?

All sessions can be conducted either face to face , on Zoom, or on the telephone whichever is your preference

Q. How will I know how many sessions I will need?

That is a very difficult question to answer as every clients needs are different. The best way I can answer is to say it is down to you based on your needs and progress. 

Q. Where are you based?

I work in a comfortable and discreet location in Basingstoke, RG24 9NP. I am near to Basingstoke hospital which is easily accessible from all of the main routes

Q. Is there parking at the premises?

Yes – there is parking right outside the entrance door

Q. I am nervous about counselling and don’t know what to do?
